Joel Gaines – CEO and Managing Editor

A serial entrepreneur and author, Joel brings 15 years of business leadership experience and project management savvy and combines it with his love for good music, and a deep appreciation of those who create it.

Joel believes his success comes from surrounding himself with intelligent, capable people. He is married with two children and loves camping, fishing, horseback riding, golf, and experiencing a wide variety of food and travel, having visited nearly 30 countries.

P. Allen Trevethan, Jr. – CTO and Technologist

A master of many technology disciplines, Allen has been the backbone of successful ventures in e-commerce, web development, and desktop application development, being an early adopter in all of those realms.

Allen has worked with small enterprises as well as Fortune 50 companies and brings a depth of technology knowledge and leadership which has led to success in many technology roles throughout his career. Allen is married with a son and enjoys the quiet glow of a computer monitor.

Ray Ingegneri – Production & Staff Writer

A young entrepreneur and industry expert, Ray began working in radio at a you age.  He has had several roles, from production to engineering, in terrestrial radio and has also done production and post-production work in internet radio as well.

Ray has music distribution experience, having produced music and distrubuted it in Europe as an early adopter of internet evangelization.  He enjoys traveling with friends.

Jose Sanz – Developer

A multi-lingual technologist, capable of web development and desktop application development, Jose has a strong entrepreneurial drive.  He is recently graduated from the Univeristy of Arizona.

Jose attacks technology challenges and produces amazing results, while soaking up industry knowledge at an amazing pace. He is engaged and enjoys travel and sports.
